Refund and Returns Policy

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
In case you want to return an item, firstly contact us by email at drakakimaria@hotmail.com or by phone at +30 6976689240 and indicate your order code. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm the receipt of your return.
Please send us your item on the following address: Paros, Greece.
Please note, that you are responsible for the return of the package, as well as for the cost of return shipping. We suggest to send us the package via registered mail or courier services. Drakaki Maria Eshop is no responsible for any extra charges ensuing from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions and other local regulations.

RESTRICTIONS
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 20 days from the date you have received them. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them. All products must be returned along with your retail receipt or invoice. 

MANAGE RETURNS
All products can be returned within 20 days of the date of the receipt of the order and you can choose between a change of size or item.

CHANGE OF PRODUCT
Products can be changes with any available size or type you wish. If you wish to change a products purchased from Drakaki Maria E-shop of another size or color please contact us via email at drakaimaria@hotmail.com or by phone at +30 6976689240.

REFUND
Refunds are made only for defective products, immediately when returning items are received and checked (1 to 3 business days). Refunds are only made on your original credit card.
